Anyways, the first time I walked into the store, Alex greeted me with a friendly hello and ask what I can be helped with. After explaining my situation, he gave me an honest recommendation saying he will gladly do the cleaning, BUT he does not recommend it due to moisture going into the watch. Afterwards, I came back the second time and did the repair regardless of the moisture. I gave my watch to him, and after 3-4 days, I came back to pick it up. He returned the watch in absolute pristine condition. Better than the day I purchased it. Pros: - Alex is very knowledgeable regarding watches and clocks - also, provided me with professional advice and recommendations - very professional regarding repairs - Authorized dealer for many brands Cons: - He charges I believe $8 for a battery change. Seems a bit more then some other watch repair stores, but it certainly is not expensive. Other than that, there isn't really any cons. Conclusion: I recommend it. He is very respective regardless of what you own and very professional when it comes to opening up your watch for repairs. Cheers

Most of all I am beyond impressed by SWS's customer service especially in today's business environment. I had contacted a number of watch repair businesses including in L.A. & San Francisco & none bothered to respond. An internet search for Gucci watch repair in Canada led me to SWS. After receiving my watch & having his watchmaker evaluate it, Bill contacted me via email with a couple of options along with his recommendation for the best option (actually the least costly) to restore its functionality. Its home to my favourite camera store, Aden Camera, where I purchase most of my hardware. They also have great tasting food from several outlets and stalls. A couple friends and I decided to do a food challenge to see what we could each get for CDN$20. We met the challenge and enjoyed some great tasting food. Our preferred vendors included QQ Noodle King, Go Curry, Chloe's Convenience, Hi Anna's Basket, Shark's Fin City, and Prairie Lamb Kabob. This mall has something for everyone. Check them out!

I did walk around the main floor, and I didn't go up stairs or downstairs or check out the food stalls and left.
