So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.

They charged me $80 for the repair which I thought was fair, but the diamond that they chose to replace the missing one is a different colour than the other existing stones. The curvature of the C is also a little bit off- which is my fault because I should have showed them a photo of the original. Overall, it was fine. You can only tell that it's been repaired on close inspection. But in the future I might decide to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, he also explained that the bracelet was unrepairable and that Omega parts weren't available. He gave me some ideas to pursue on alternative bracelets and to decide if the cost was going to be worth it to bring the watch back to wearable condition. I cannot comment on the quality of his work as I walked away without a repair, but I'm giving a top 5 star rating based on his knowledge and honesty and being professional enough to not even try doing a hack repair job that would just be a waste of money. I took it into Rolex and they wanted to overhaul it by replacing everything which I was opposed to because I wanted it "restored" and not overhauled. I did more research and found out that ROLEX service center does not have a heritage/vintage servicing center which means they will overhaul your vintage watch and replace all the parts with modern parts making it robust in modern standards. This will come at the cost of ruining the vintage quality of the watch. Shane read what Rolex had said and basically told me it was B.S. He said everything was working and nothing was broken and just needed to be cleaned and lubricated with some TLC. He gave me a very fair price and his turn around was extremely quick. His location is unconventional as everyone has said but he knows what he is doing and that is really the most important thing. Thanks SHane!

(A girl can dream a little.) So years ago I sent my BF a picture of a ring. I didn't think he would have saved it and it was a low resolution photo too (our phones' quality weren't as great as they are now). He told me he went to Hollywood Diamond with this photo and they worked with him every step of the way to recreate this ring. They showed him the diamonds available. They also taught him how to look at diamonds and understand the quality of each. They had a prototype made so he can see how the band would look before placing the diamonds on. They did a few adjustments until it was perfect. He told me the whole process took less than a month. I'm so in love with my engagement ring. It is a dream come true! I no longer have to look at photos since I can wear it in reality. I did have to get my ring resized. Did you know that your fingers thin during the winter? They gave me those ring guards for free!
