To say that I am pleased with its repair & condition would be an understatement. And the cost was very reasonable. It also arrived set to Pacific Daylight Time! Most of all I am beyond impressed by SWS's customer service especially in today's business environment. I had contacted a number of watch repair businesses including in L.A. & San Francisco & none bothered to respond. An internet search for Gucci watch repair in Canada led me to SWS. After receiving my watch & having his watchmaker evaluate it, Bill contacted me via email with a couple of options along with his recommendation for the best option (actually the least costly) to restore its functionality. A new Swiss movement, new circuit & coil were installed. The customer service I experienced from Bill should be a template for other businesses. I never step into the store but I had a great experience…read morewith TimeCentral on my Casio watch through email correspondence, and that my old watch, which was not able to be repaired as there was no more part, was traded for a new watch for half the price. My old Casio watch end piece at 6'oclock was broken so the strap won't link to the watch. The watch itself still worked. I wanted it repaired. I contacted TimeCentral because they are shown as Casio's Authorized Service/Repair centre, so they are trusted to handle and work on Casio watches. I shipped my watch to their centre as I it is a long way drive from Mississauga to Markham, and it will take some time for them to look at the watch and look for the part. After they got the watch, I was initially given a quote based on the part to replace and labour, but later on I was told that the part no longer available as Casio system wasn't updated properly. Nevertheless, I was given an alternate Casio Trade-In program as they don't have the part to repair, in which I was given a list of Casio models at half-price. Although it was hard for me to let go of the old watch of 12 years, which still works, I decided to just get a new watch, which was more or less the same as the old watch, it just have different color schemes and data layout. I paid for the new watch at half price. It arrived 2 days later. It's brand new watch, but time was already corrected to current time, with full manuals, warranty card, stand and box. For those who are curious, my old Casio watch was MTG-950BDJ and the replacement was MTG-M900DA-8CR. I am happy with my new watch, I have been wearing ever since I got it April 13 (I hope this lasts 12 years like the old Casio watch, or more). I thank Yoo Jung of TimeCentral for excellent customer service, and was patient to answer all my questions, and provided clear information for me to proceed to the next step and eventually getting the new casio watch. Keep up the good work TimeCentral.

Its home to my favourite camera store, Aden Camera, where I purchase most of my hardware. They also have great tasting food from several outlets and stalls. A couple friends and I decided to do a food challenge to see what we could each get for CDN$20. We met the challenge and enjoyed some great tasting food. Our preferred vendors included QQ Noodle King, Go Curry, Chloe's Convenience, Hi Anna's Basket, Shark's Fin City, and Prairie Lamb Kabob. This mall has something for everyone. Check them out!
