On the night before a road trip, I discovered a tire in my car losing air, the culprit being a nail lodged in. Ace auto repair and tire was the only shop open at 7 in the morning, I walked in without an appointment at 7:30. They removed the nail, patched up the tire and completed the work in an hours time! When I asked them about payment for the service, they refused to charge me for the repair. While waiting in the shop for the repair, I witnessed a bunch of regulars bringing in their vehicles for different kinds of issues. The trust and comfort they had with this shop was something that has been built on with years of excellent service. I've been to other tire shops where I've been overcharged for similar situations because I needed help quickly. The mechanics keep you updated on the pricing and the authorizing and decking of particular jobs recommended and optional jobs. There is no upselling or making you do work you don't want done . Antonio is great and easy to talk to and approachable . He explains everything in the printed paperwork they give you as the work moves forward. You can authorize the jobs from the text links it's so simple. You can pay by that link or you can also come in and pay inside with their credit card machine. The shop is clean , modern has a waiting area with cell phone chargers and a tv. Behind the front counter you can see the shop thru the large windows. Even though the repair job for my civic was substantial, I didn't feel like I got ripped off or anything . The good reviews speak for themselves.
