Best experience ever with the smog process. They took my appointment over the phone one day prior and cleared my truck to the dynamometer right on time. No extra time waiting around. I was really impressed. They said it would only take 30 minutes, but was really only 20 minutes. The cost was much less than I expected considering the age of my truck. Excellent, friendly service and a clean comfortable waiting area. These guys understand customer service. read more

Couldn't be happier start to finish. Called in the morning and got an appointment right away. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The waiting area was nice and clean, the technician was professional and polite. I'll be back next time! read more

Got a quote from Chris and it matched the price on the website includingthe cost of the certificate, which other places do not include in their cost. Also used the coupon from their website to get an additional discount. They were very professional and swift. Overall very happy with their services. Will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend it to friends. read more

Still 5 stars. Chris was awesome to work with and had me good to go in no time. Easily the best place in the trivalley for a smog check

Very quick. Came in with an appointment and they took my car into the bay. It seemed like my car was done in 10 mins. All the proper paperwork is provided. Pricing is accurate to their website with no hidden charges. I've tried the shops with the 'deals' in the past and found they tack on fees for the documents and whatnot. So the transparency and fast service makes this shop a great value. read more

Super easy to schedule an apt and got me out in less than 30 minutes. Will be taking my other car there this week

Outatstanding in all respects. I've used them before and was not disappointed. On time, quick, and the cost was exactly as started = no surprises! Thanks read more

This place is wonderful! Family owned by two brothers. I was able to make an appointment for a smog check for Friday afternoon on Thursday evening. I showed up from my appointment right on time. They were punctual and the appointment took less than 15 minutes. He explained the DMV process and check out process was a breeze. Pricing was similar to other places in the area where you cannot make an appointment and have to wait in line. Very professional and welcoming. I will be recommending Above All Smog to all my family in friends. Tip: The turn into the business is very small so look for the sign on San Ramon blvd. If you are coming from Danville slow down when you see Sherwin-William on the right. It's a right turn immediately after the Sherwin-William parking lot. read more

Called in for an appointment, and they got me in quicker than I could even hang up the phone. Above All Smog lives up to their name because they are above all else. Their prices are competitive, and their service is quick. They beat out anyone nearby. I got in at 9am and got out by 915am to get back home. I appreciate these guys, and they treat you like your family. A tip for anyone trying to find Above All Smog - when you see the Wendy's on San Ramon Valley, follow the smog signs around the RH building and you'll find them. read more

Went by to get the smog check after picking up my car from getting repaired. I had called ahead to ask if they could squeeze the car in so I had mentioned the car had just been in a nearby body shop. While I went to the office to wait, the person there went to check if the battery might have been disconnected. Sure enough it had so he suggested I go drive it for 100 miles before bringing it back. When my son took it back for his appointment time, it was fast and efficient. Great service. Would definitely recommend. read more

I was recommended by a friend to go to Above All Smog. Turns out my car needed some proper driving procedures to get the sensors to show ready. Chris and Mike took lot of extra time to explain to me what needed to be done. they were willing to take my car and do a proper drive cycle. Chris and Mike are two of the nicest guys you ever want to meet they were very trustworthy honest and at a very fair price. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Above all smog really lives up to the name. I've been here twice and refuse to go anywhere else. Tags are due, smog is up, and it being my only day off I decided to try my luck without an appointment and was doubtful I could even get in. Chris was terrific-very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend his work and his business!

Excellent service! Got the out of door price quoted on Yelp and was in and out super quick. Not sure if it was the owner I interacted with while there but he was very friendly and made it a great experience. Finding the spot itself was a bit difficult (there was a small sign off of the main road) but not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this location and it will be my go to spot moving forward! read more
