Working with the sales team was super easy (LOVE that they are willing to text instead of insisting on a call, it makes managing things while busy with the rest of life so nice.) Cut to window-wash day. Y'all, I cannot tell you HOW amazing Carter is. We tell anyone and everyone to please call before you come so we can lock up our not-super-friendly cat, and to date, Carter is the ONLY person to ever actually do this. Aside from having amazing communication, Carter did a fantastic job. Our windows look amazing, and the amount of time he spent made the cost feel extremely reasonable. Also, he just seems like an amazingly nice human, and we were super comfortable having him in our home. While I may have had initial sticker shock at the estimate, I can tell you, Primeshine is worth EVERY penny. Also, to the Primeshine team- Carter is representing your company so well!

We had pictures of our roof from when we purchased the house and even the roofing company that came out after the wash said it was due to the power wash. We found broken tiles on the ground and when my husband showed it to the worker that was sent, he just shrugged. Wanda is a highly responsive business owner and very easy to work with. Our cleaners Ingrid and…read moreAlicia are on time and ready to work every visit. I judge house cleaning services in three ways: Quality is #1 and the excellent cleaning with these ladies is very consistent. Attention to detail is #2 and Ingrid has it. She will address small special requests and gets to know your requirements. #3 is price. You could pay more and certainly pay less for cleaning services, and I've done both. Wanda charges a price right in the middle and her cleaners still deliver a high-quality consistent cleaning service. We trust our cleaners so much that we allow them to clean our home even if we're not there. Anytime I've had any concerns with scheduling, or wanted to add additional services, Wanda has been there. In the two years we've been with Always Home Services we've never had a bad experience.
