Chad, the owner and operator of Happy Cypress was fantastic to work with! He showed up promptly and professionally. I very much appreciated his experience and his willingness to answer any of my questions about the process. I showed him around the house and we discussed the windows to be cleaned. Chad made some suggestions about some of the locations and he noted specifically what would be cleaned and how it would be cleaned. I enjoyed gaining a better understanding of his process and what his services would look like before he got started. Chad was also very clear about timing and pricing, which is very important to me as I get nervous about surprises when it comes to fees. Additionally, my windows had truly never been cleaner-- it's made a huge difference (and has saved me so much time)!
It should also be noted that Happy Cypress is completely Covid compliant (I am very conscious about safety protocols and this is one of the reasons that I felt confident in choosing Happy Cypress). Chad showed up with a mask already on and he kept it on the entirety of the appointment. Gloves were also worn throughout. Chad was extremely conscientious about cleanliness, in general. He wore covers on his shoes, and there was no leaking, dripping or water to be found inside of the house after his work was done.
As a whole, Chad was very pleasant and friendly but also forthright and clear. He was a delight to work with. I can VERY confidently recommend Happy Cypress for your window cleaning needs and I will personally continue to use their services! read more
