However, once I got to my car and looked at the receipt, I noticed it said "no refunds allowed." I immediately went back into the store and explained the situation, but the manager Maria Yanez refused to honor what the associate had told me. I never would have completed the purchase if I had been given accurate information. This is unacceptable customer service. Customers should be able to trust what employees tell them. I hope the store takes responsibility for misleading information and improves their training so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Christy (the owner) and the girls are always very friendly and helpful. Christy travels to LA one to two times a month to find all the pretty stuff for the store, so she's not around as much as she used to be when I first started going there. But she also has great help now and can leave the store in their hands. I would say about half my clothes and shoes are from here. They also offer free in store ear and nose piecing with the purchase of a stud. I like that they have sensitive earrings if you are allergic to certain metals along with sterling silver and gold plated jewelry. I picked up a set of fun and inexpensive summer themed stud earrings. Two sets were only $20. Now I practically have a new pair of earrings for every day of summer camp. They had great sales throughout the store including 5 for $12 earrings, buy two get one free, and 60 percent off. Customer service was top notch!
