In April 11th, 2025, my checking account was fraud withdrawal $7000.00. Mrs. Alison was working with me on her computer very hard in few hours to find out where is the money gone to. Finally she found the two different bank with name and telephone number. Then she was following the issue. The second day she was disputing one bank for me but another bank was took time in few more days. She is very knowledgeable skill in the bank and supported customer. If she won't help me, I will walk out from Verity CU. it was a burden time for me that Mrs. Alison put herself in my situation.
