They actually lost my money and have no explanation. Several hundred dollars. Two months later, its still lost. In a separate matter, they actually declined a direct deposit that Columbia had been processing for years. I gave up trying to fix it. Seamless transition ? That's a joke. My home branch in Puyallup wont help, so contacted HQ. Three weeks have passed, no response. Ive opened up an account at a competitors bank and will transition my business there. Will take time, will be a hassle, but I doubt they will lose, or steal my deposits. Stay far far away from Umpqua.

I came in very frustrated and had a tone and she was patient with me and got to the bottom of what was going on. Once an employee in the room was finished, she came to greet us and checked us what the purpose of our visit was. We let her know and she said she could get us scheduled in for a little later as they had some staff members show up. We got some lunch nearby and stopped by again and we were helped by another employee. Connor was very personable and ensured that all questions or concerns were addressed as we brought them up. Additionally, I didn't know how to use their coffee machine and he kindly made me a cup of hot chocolate as the hot chocolate packet was out too. Connor then gets right to work as he helped my boyfriend make his account and made sure to give any cautions or tips for his account. Once my boyfriend had no question, I had a question as I fell for a scam years ago and WSECU placed restrictions on my account and I was told that I just had to make sure I had no issues on my account for some time. I decided to ask if I was okay to have those restrictions lifted off as I haven't any issues with my accounts. Connor immediately started a phone call and was kind with the employee on the phone who lifted off the restrictions. I'm so glad to have WSECU as my main bank and my boyfriend seems content with banking them so far as well.

I was SUPER nervous about signing up for a big-name bank like Chase, but because my bank and credit union didn't have branches here, I also didn't want to pay mega service charges every time I needed cash. I signed up online and I'll be honest - Things did NOT start well. I got to Washington and immediately needed to deposit a check but when I came into this branch, they had no record of my account (although I had already deposited $200.00 online so I'd have a bit waiting for me). Turns out it was my own darn fault - I was supposed to bring my drivers licence into a local branch within a week of signing up and when I didn't, they put my account on "hold". Thankfully, the ladies here were ABSOLUTELY wonderful and came up with solutions for me to be able to quickly deposit my check, pay my rent right away, and get me set up properly. I have nothing but good things to say about them - I've run into a few issues since then but I always go into this branch and they take care of me.

These guys have been amazing and wonderful through a lot of the different things I've gone through and wasn't quite sure what I needed to do next, with my banking, of course. Different than your normal banking. It's just a comfort to know that you can talk to these guys about what you're going through and they will help safeguard your account.
