Cande was super nice, and we had a great conversation. He said he could do the project and we even talked about expanding it so he could continue doing other work for me. I hope everything is OK with him and his family.

We had wood rot on our exterior siding and fascia, and Brendan was very thorough in assessing the damage and explaining exactly what needed to be done. He showed up on time each day, took his time, and paid close attention to every detail. There was even an unexpected issue when a nail accidentally hit a pipe, but Brendan immediately took responsibility and was quick to fix it. We really appreciated how professionally he handled the situation. The quality of his work is excellent--you can't even tell where the repairs were made! He truly treats your home as if it were his own. He also went above and beyond by giving us helpful home maintenance tips that weren't even related to the siding work. We're very happy with the results and highly recommend Brendan and Your Carpenter Friend to anyone looking for a skilled, honest, and dependable carpenter.

Mauricio helped me to add a new deadbolt opening into the exact right spot, had all the right tools for the job, and made sure to take the exact measurements needed to make sure my new smart door lock fit and worked perfectly. I needed someone exactly like Mauricio who takes his craft like art and does the job right the first time. One mistake and I'd be looking at doing a new double entry door replacement that would've cost at least a couple thousand more. I'm definitely glad I reached out to Mauricio for this type of job and would recommend him for any custom wood project.

My plumber had to come out and a company was hired to remediate the mold and dry out the wood, but in the process, they had to open up the ceiling, and the water pipes were exposed. My plumber gave me Rob's contact information, and I got in touch with him. He responded in a timely fashion, came out and looked at the job, gave me a reasonable quote and I hired him. Rob is highly competent, professional, honest, nice, and communicated with me all the way through what they job would entail, how long it would take, when he could be at my house, his start times, if he was running late, etc. Compare this experience to the other company I had inquired working with where they did not show up twice to take a look at the job, no phone call to give me a heads up and their estimate was $500- more, there was simply no comparison. Rob is the only handyman I plan to use in the future! Thanks Rob!!
