After getting a few quotes and securing a new policy else where that fit my needs, I called to arrange cancelling my policy with Allstate at the end of my billing period. Laura was rude and unprofessional, hung up on me without even thanking me for the business I had provided them or asking if there was anything she could do for me. Called back in and asked to talk to Michael. Julia told me he was out of the office and would call me back. When he called me back and I voiced my concerns, he seemed unbothered and told me to call the 1800 number to address any other outstanding issues. I called the 1800 number and was redirected back to Michael's office, where Julia then told me there is no way to contact Allstate corporate, except after business hours. Which Michael failed to mention. Julia was also rude, and hung up on me. I switched companies to better suit my current situation and had planned on switching back once I got a new vehicle. That is no longer the case. I would not recommend this particular agent to anyone looking to have a pleasant and professional experience.
