Sara met with us to formulate ideas, color schemes, etc., and came back with a plan. Her creative and innovative strategies included ideas we never would have considered, much less dreamed. She introduced us to contractors with whom she had established trusted and solid working relationships. They gave us responsible, reasonable quotes, and we chose the one that most aligned with our goals and working environment. We began with updating the electrical systems of the kitchen and surrounding areas. That process enabled us to catapult into the 21st Century with novel appliances and amazing lighting design. The pristine cabinets were custom made and of high quality. Project was to replace a 52" fan with a new Ministak 84" fan. Roman was quick and efficient and…read moredidn't even need to review the manual. Everything was going great till we ran it and the fan wabbled excessively at speeds above 3 out of 6. Roman's response was that it was a large fan which is nonsense, the fans blades need adjustment as mentioned in the manual to ensure they are all the same height from ceiling. There's also a weigh kit included. Worst part was that he was not even willing to try. Even a small deviation will cause the wabble. I'm sure if you're installing a smaller than 72" fan Roman will do a great job but if you have a larger fan I'd look elsewhere and verify they will not leave you with a wabbling fan.

The service guys made a few calls and a couple hours later, I had a new filter. Price was reasonable, service was great and 24 hours later, the pool looks fantastic again.
