Just had me complete a written test then rushed me out saying I needed several tests and blood work done with no explanation of anything. She never followed up. I had to always reach out and at one point she started blindly asking me to buy supplements before I even got my blood work results back. When I messaged her and asked if it was safe taking aspirin with my condition, she was very short/cold and said I needed to schedule another appointment for her to answer questions. After she finally ordered an MRI scan there was no follow up for over a week and I had to eventually go to another Neurologist who was able to access my scans and give me the correct diagnosis and treatment. To top it off when I messaged Dr. Rad that I would no longer be seeing her, I get a call right away from a guy that threatens me that if I don't pay my bill right away they'll hand it over to collections. I am not one to write reviews, but I truly fear for future patients livelihood after my horrific experience and felt obligated to share this where it can be seen. We asked her for help when things were pretty bad at home and school: teachers constantly complained and gave him time outs for bad behavior, we were upset and made our rules strict, reprimanded him, used lots of limitations and talks...but the situation was only getting worse. He was aggressive, didn't care about the limitations and acted out a lot. We felt desperate. Dr. Nikolskaya took her time to learn about our family, the child, and his developmental path. She explained to us that why his is acting out this way - his self esteem was getting extremely low and instead of punishment and reprimands we need to change the way we treat him. Dr. Nikolskaya didn't spare her time to explain all the nuances of his condition to us and what was the best approach to handle it. My son visited her every week. After 2 sessions I noticed a big shift - he was less aggressive, in a month - "I want to destroy the world" behavior disappeared. Another huge help from her was addressing the issue at school. She wrote letters to the school on behalf of my son to ensure he was set up for success and recommended better approach to handle misbehavior instead of time-outs that undermined my son's self esteem which led a vicious cycle of him acting out because he felt bad about himself. The school agreed to implement the necessary changes and it shifted the whole picture. Instead of time outs he was asked to do some physical activity or do breathing exercises (that he learnt with Dr. Nikolskaya!). We haven't got any complains since. I'm so grateful to Dr. Nikolskaya! She goes an extra mile for her patients and work with love in her heart! She responds quickly to any questions and doesn't save time on explaining things, giving support! Her holistic approach combines her love for kids with her clinical expertise in a way that truly helps.

So, I don't know if Dr. Tseng forgot to tell the front staff to keep my appointment or if the staff forgot to do it. Regardless, I didn't see the doctor today. Sooooooo frustrating. I immediately believed that this was completely unreasonable, considering she just had a stroke. But, they said that it would be fine, as that was the first appointment they had available. This brings us up to the date of the appointment. One day before, they contacted her, canceling her appointment. They said the doctor had some personal issues and wouldn't be in. The next available appointment, was via telephone, and that was another month out. Completely unacceptable! She did do that appointment. And, the doctor spoke with her, via video conference, for approximately half an hour. He then told her to come into the office, and his next available appointment time would be another month and a half out. She made that appointment, showed up at that appointment, and the office staff told her that the appointment had been canceled, because it was the doctor's birthday. Are you kidding me! Not only did they not inform her that the appointment was canceled, but they did not have another appointment available for another month and a half. Five months out from being discharged from the hospital at this point, and she still has not been able to get a face-to-face with this doctor. Can you believe that! What kind of doctors and what kind of staff work at this facility? All of this type of behavior is completely unacceptable! These people are supposed to help and take care of their patients. They are not doing that. Keep this in mind before you ever think to make an appointment at this facility.
