After we met with our contractor and finished buying materials for repairs on a rental property we decided to find a place to have a coffee and go over the repairs contract. This Tim Horton's was close by and looked like it would be a great place to meet with our contractor and finalize the details. It was mid morning so it wasn't too busy and we were able to quickly place and receive our order so we could sit and go over the paperwork. The coffee was the usual Tim Horton's brew and we didn't have any food order this time. The coffee was hot and hit the spot while we carried out our business. The dining area was clean and I observed someone cleaning tables. Staff was friendly and efficient in getting our drinks ready without delay. If we are in this area again, I would likely be back for at least another coffee. read more

I waited at counter to be helped, meanwhile Large Asian woman emerges from bathroom and requests a specific employee, who then makes her free XL specialty drink, and gives her free muffin as well. Went thru driv thru at 12:01 pm and ordered an egg white turkey sausage sandwich. Response: "We don't have turkey sausage. We don't serve egg white after 12:00 pm". I have been to this location many times, and I would have to rate it very average. The Coffee is your classic Tim Horton's that I'm sure you're familiar with if you're a coffee person, where as the food and donut quality falls far below expectations. The donuts have always tasted cold, and came across as old. The soup tasted like it was stuck in a microwave and shoved in a bag. Half warm, half cold. Unacceptable! The few times I've been inside to order, I noticed that just about every table was covered in crumbs and/or wrappers from previous customers. When there are 4 - 5 Employees standing around on their Cell Phones, this is also unacceptable. Overall, if you're looking for a good cup of Coffee, give it a go. I went to this Tim Hortons this morning because I was hungry and it was close by. I ordered a small hot chocolate with the maple chicken waffle sandwich. Don't get me wrong, I love Tim Hortons but this was a total disappointment. The chicken patty was smaller then the palm of my hand, and the waffles were dry as hell and kinda hard. Not to mention they charged me 50 cents for whipped cream in my hot chocolate(I don't ever recall being charged in the past). I'm usually a pretty big Tim Hortons supporter. But, I've had a few not so great experiences at this location. Primarily during the evenings. I ordered a #5 Pretzel Turkey Bacon Grilled Bagel combo, 2 coffees, and 1 additional pretzel turkey bacon grilled bagel for my wife. The total ended up being $14.16, which for all of that I could handle but they didn't give me a receipt. Turns out they only rung me up for 1 sandwich and I had to go inside to get my second sandwich. The girl rang me up for a 2nd sandwich when I said that I didn't receive my 2nd sandwich. The total was $6.14 for just the sandwich and wasn't given a receipt for that transaction either. After everything was said and done I was hoping the food would at least be solid. And turns out it wasn't. Both sandwiches were missing bacon, cold, and it looks like someone was painting the top bun with mayo. The double double coffees that were ordered weren't very great either. Overall spent over twenty dollars for some less than great food and a pretty crappy experience. If I can't recommend enough to not get food from this location during the evening. read more

Worst Tim Hortons in macomb county for sure. They always forget the extra espresso, never give whipped cream on any of the drinks without charging you (even though at other locations they don't charge), and worst of all they don't know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. Most of the time they don't fill the cups up all of the way and get annoyed when you point out your medium drink is only half full. Obviously this place needs new management and properly trained staff, didn't know making coffee was so hard. read more

By far the best Tim Hortons in tri county area. I drive for living, so I'm always at Timmys getting a coffee or bagel. This place is special, the group is very fast with drive thru. If there is 10 cars in front of you don't worry takes 4-5 minutes to get to you compare to other locations I've waited 10-15 mins or just leave. They never messed the order up the coffee is always good and on point. I usually don't write reviews for places I go but seriously this place is 5/5. The Tim Horton's franchises in Macomb County are largely owned by one franchisee. He manages his Tim Horton's stores by skimping on the time that the sausage is cooked for his breakfast sandwiches. The last one I purchased was inedible, undercooked and tasted terrible on the one bite that I took of it. I am purchasing one more Tim Horton's sandwich, taking it to the Macomb County Board of Health, filing a complaint and hoping that the Tim Horton's stores in Macomb County Michigan are seized from this franchisee and closed. As a result of unknowingly eating his uncooked sandwiches, I currently have worms. The particular stores that I am speaking of is one at 11 Mile Road (I-696) and Hoover Road, and Mound Road and 12 Mile Road (southbound), both in Warren, Michigan. read more

Wanted to try out the new turkey bacon club on a pretzel bagel, but apparently the workers didn't know how to make it or didn't care. Bagel was cold and stale, there was no bacon on it, cheese wasn't melted and just clumped up in one spot, and the weirdest of all they just put a giant glob of mayo in the bagel hole. I scooped it out with a napkin, it was really gross. The sandwich tastes awful (at least how this one was prepared) and also it costs over $6. Though they apparently charged for the combo instead of just the sandwich. This location is awful. read more

The Tim Horton's at 26807 Hoover Rd in Warren is the absolute worst Tim Horton's on the planet!! My very simple order is WRONG almost every time I go, even after having to repeat it MULTIPLE times to their broken English workers on the drive-thru intercom. An employee taking orders over an intercom speaker should have a clear voice and it is critical that they know the language!! Today they were so incredibly rude to me, I will not be going back. I typically order the same exact few items every time I go, but somehow the price is always different?!! I have given them a lot of business over the years because my office is so close, but today was the last straw I do not deserve this shitty service!! My food is always sloppily prepared (cream cheese all over the outside of my breakfast sandwich wrappers, missing ingredients on my lunch sandwiches - I ordered a ham & swiss sandwich and they forgot the damn ham!!!), never any napkins nor a spoon for your soup. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in Macomb county! I ordered 2 large decals and 2 large regulars. The decaf was so old you could actually smell and taste the burn.
