My rating is 3.5 stars. I'm rounding down. Last Friday, I was in the area to pick up some snacks at Wai Tack Kee in preparation for lunar new year. After fetching my order, I needed to find a Tim Hortons to get a special donut that was only available last weekend. I did a quick search and there was a Timmy's two blocks away. Sweet! I drove over to this Timmy's. It's a combo store with Wendy's. Here's proof that I am more of a Wendy's person than a Timmy's one. I went through the Wendy's drive-thru. It is such a habit. It was my first time driving right through it without placing an order. For a second, I thought about getting a Frosty, but I wasn't feeling it. I drove around the block and hit the proper Timmy's drive-thru. It was definitely a longer wait here than Wendy's. When it was my turn to order, I got a woman who seemed rather hasty. When I finally said that I wanted to get a #chooseToInclude donut, I got this exchange: "The sprinkle donut? Sure," she said. "Is that what the #chooseToInclude is also called? A sprinkle donut?" From what I saw in the graphic, half of the donut had sprinkles on it. I then heard a male colleague correct her and reassure me that my order was for this special donut. It's not the first time that I end up sounding brainy because a Timmy's employee doesn't know what's on the menu. If I came here just for an ordinary sprinkle donut, I'd be bummed out. I normally don't hit Timmy's for a donut. The whole reason why I wanted this donut was that all proceeds from its sale were going to Special Olympics Canada. I wanted to support it. I got to the window and had my Tim rewards barcode scanned from my phone. I paid with a debit card. I then got my donut. I thanked the woman, who didn't say a thing, and I headed home. I had my donut when I got home. The #chooseToInclude donut is a chocolate ring donut with white fondant, coloured sprinkles, and whipped topping. I do like Timmy's special donuts. This one was delightful. It had a bit of sweetness. I didn't crash from a sugar or carb high an hour later. It was so good for $1.69 before tax. I have a streak that continues where I don't get the warmest, most knowledgeable Timmy's employee at a drive-thru in the GTA. It's the main reason why I am not a regular. This Timmy's was fine. It's a Tim Horton, this one is always busy and the line goes onto the street. Decent service always get the farmers wrap for breakfast. Food quality is going down hill over the years I find. Decent value though. read more

I drive by this Tim Hortons pretty frequently at different hours of the day and it doesn't matter if it's a weekend or weekday, rain or ice storm, there is always a line snaking around the entire building. I saw the Polar Bear Dream donut on the website and I knew I had to have it. My parents were bored so I graciously sent them on an errand to pick up the donut for me lol. The donut came in a special one-donut sized paper container that was clamshell in structure. Kind of like what McDonalds burgers come in. This was nice because it meant that the icing didn't get stuck onto the paper bags like what normally happens. So the donut was pretty good. Its ears were white chocolate which didn't have much flavour when compared to the icing that made up the rest of the bear. The inside cream wasn't as sweet and it wasn't super filled either which was fine with me. The nose had a licorice taste which I couldn't stand so wound up not eating. The red bowtie was all sugar. It was sort of wonky so it was cute in an ugly cute way. The core icing/donut base/cream was all pretty good. The toppings were eh. Still a nice looking dessert to have on your table. read more

It's a very busy Wendy's / Tim Hortons location with lots of vehicles zipping in and out since there is a drive-thru laneway service right in front of the main entrance. Service was quick with 2 order stations available. I was warned by a member of the staff that photo taking was not allowed; too bad but the review must go on so minus 1-star. On the Tim Hortons side of the dining room, seating is available for 50 customers consisting of booths and tables. A large screen TV is mounted above a wall pitching advertisements. This is the Tim's closest to work and therefore my main location. These are efficient people and make a great team. They communicate well, really well. The line inside and out always goes quickly. I've been here *many* times and never had to complain that my order was incorrect. Not to mention, the seating area is always clean and there's always somewhere to sit. read more

I've personally never had a negative experience at this Tim Hortons location. It is joined to Wendy's which makes it unusual. What is also interesting is that it is next to another Tim Hortons location, but that location is inside of the gas station. This is a 24/7 location with drive-thru, staff are friendly and accommodative. Baked goods and drinks are fresh, and they have quite a wide variety. I only wished they displayed the muffins so that I can see them when I order it rather than having to ask the cashier what they have. Fast service. Would definitely return again. read more

This Tim Horton's location is always terrible with sandwich prep, remembering to put items you ordered and paid for in the bag at the drive through, customer service and courtesy etc etc but this is the limit when you get a greek yogurt with granola which should be an easy item to put in a bag but no they found a way to screw this up too. My yogurt appears to have been mostly consumed as it is only 1/4 full and barely any granola included. Previous complaints about the poor service to this location has been responded to with emails that they will contact me and make it right but nothing ever happens and no further contact is received. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy poor service and poor food quality. read more

An Indian lady with glasses around 5'5" talked down to us and was very disrespectful, speaking to us as if we were delinquents and told us that we could not sit at the table to chat and play a card game, even though we had ordered food and the restaurant was completely empty. She kicked us out saying that this was not a place to socialize and that we were not allowed in the establishment. She also told us that we had to leave immediately and started telling her colleagues about how inappropriate it was for a paying customer to socialize in their store. Other customers also overheard and told us to complain as she was being very rude. If this is what represents Tim Hortons, I will take my business elsewhere. This employee needs to learn what proper customer service is. I will never visit THIS branch again. read more

I love Tim Hortons as it is a staple of Canadian life and culture! However, the people that work here put that good name and reputation to shame! The service is terrible, and they have never, never, never, gotten by order right! Let's start with the fact that the service here is abysmally terrible! The staff here are all slow as molasses, they all look like they are angry, and no offence but its so hard to understand most of they because their English is bad! Then after a long wait and hand signals to help them understand your order, they get you the wrong coffee, doughnut, soup, sandwich, all of which I have ordered and have never gotten the right one! It seems to me that all these people don't drink coffee and don't eat pastries! Because they certainly can't get a simple order right! I unfortunately still come hear because it's so close to where I live I don't have a choice, I have even offered to work here and teach them how to take a fucking order! read more

Let me start off by saying that I love that this location is open 24/7. It is usually busy during peak hours. It is a pretty big location as it shares a space with Wendy's. The staff at this location is very friendly they provide fast correct service as well. It's also usually very clean. They always have the latest promotions too. It also has a drive-thru that can sometimes be a little bit slow. If you ever find this location too packed you could go to their gas station location which is in the same plaza. read more

Trash service, wait in line with one person in front of me and people working there just talked and didn't help or serve me. It wasn't a busy time, it was like 12am midnight and I couldn't get any service. read more
