I cannot say the same about the two other locations I visited that same week. Service though was quite questionable, not sure what it was but most of the staff was rude and seemed annoyed to be working. Regardless, I'm happy I found a TH to enjoy breakfast, what's important is that I enjoyed my sandwich and that their latte gave me the kick I needed to enjoy the rest of my day.

My double-double was served hot, and the bagel was toasted just right--not burnt, which happens sometimes at other locations. The seating area looked pretty clean, though I just grabbed my coffee to go. It's a reliable spot for a quick caffeine fix before starting the day.

She was guiding another staff member in French and helping the customer in English and maintained her smile throughout. When it was our turn to order, we said we wanted the breakfast wrap with bacon and she was able to inform us of the two different options available and waited patiently for us to choose. Kat kept her polite and friendly attitude and smile throughout all customer interactions and that is very difficult to do! We got the small iced latte, bacon and hash brown breakfast wrap, sausage and egg English muffin, and a cruller donut. The wrap is really good and the chipotle sauce really makes the wrap addicting. The sausage and egg muffin is a little more dry because it didn't have a sauce but ketchup would just solve that. The sausage isn't super salty but is a little thin. The iced latte and cruller is good.

I really like Tim Hortons. It's relatively cheap and you can't get it in California. The closest…read morething we have here is Dunkin' Donuts, and even that doesn't compare. Donuts at Tim Hortons aren't as dry and they have the Coffee Mocha. The coffee with mocha swirl is the closest I could find in California, and it's still nowhere near as good as the Tim Hortons Coffee Mocha. The only reason why this location gets a star off is because the cashier was a bit rude. It wasn't a big deal, but not something you'd expect from a customer service role. Hopefully the fact that I only spoke English and not French wasn't the issue. I'm glad I went here on my previous Canada trip.
