But after seeing the Japanese month lineup, I hopped into the car and drove over here. It was so worth it. The place is gorgeous. I love the different types of decor, they had the Japanese culture on display, along with French accents and an homage to Remy in Ratatouille along with an adorable playroom for children. I loved the sugar blown sculpture and along with all of the details to make this place transport you to a cafe in Europe. The people here were nice and helpful. There was a steady stream of people coming in the middle of the week. Product was flying out of the displays, some items were being replenished while others were selling out. I bought so many things, I went to the register three separate times. We started with two drinks. I got the sparkling water refresher. It could have used a little more syrup, but that's okay. My child had an iced coffee drink that she enjoyed. I scored my favorite focaccia mortadella sandwich that I must order every time I see it at a restaurant, and it was quite dreamy. I love for those sandwiches. It was so huge, I only ate half. My child had a marry-me chicken croissant square that was very nice. She also had a fresh berry stuffed croissant that tasted very fresh and refreshing. I was dreaming of a chestnut mount blanc and the one they made was identical to food in an anime and it was so lovely and delicious. I have always wanted to eat food found in an animated series, and the food here is that artistic. We took home a bunch of food as well. For the other child, I got the Gudetama guava matcha cream puff that was both adorable and refreshingly delicious. One child got the double cherry dessert is was dreamy. We also got the hojicha miso Zen garden tiramisu. The chocolate had such a satisfying crunch and the inside was creamy and perfect. I was craving a cinnamon roll. I was thinking of trying Cinnabun but it was such a good choice to come here instead. Their bun was huge, first of all, a great price, second, and third so fresh and delicious, it seems like a must order item. I got the frosted one but I would like to try the caramel one next time. They also have so many adorable gift for sale, it was all very enticing. And I love the window to see the chefs hard at work. This place is an adventure worth taking over and over again, I cannot wait to return.
