They are constantly busting their butts and trying to get the orders out as quickly as possible. The mobile ordering system is just very poorly designed and will tell you your order will be ready in 5 minutes without checking to see how many orders are before yours. I would completely recommend just walking in and ordering the normal way. You will get your drink made as a priority over the mobile disaster. You may not know this, but Wendy's and Tim Hortons occasionally can Collab to create a one dining experience. This Tim Hortons, even though it had high expectations for me did not meet all of them. First, the pros, my large, hot tea three cream, three sugar... Delicious. Tim bits also good and overall consistency was fine. Here are the cons. It is very dirty in the shared Wendy Hos dining area. Crumbs everywhere and tables not kept up. The trash cans also have sticky stuff all over it. Also, the breakfast sandwich left was disappointing. I got the English muffin with ham, egg and cheese, and they did not heat any of it up.

A nice, refreshing drink for a hot day. The foam/cream on top stayed through the end of the drink, which I liked. I had considered mixing it in.
