I ordered a banana bread latte and a orange sherbet milkshake with what the barista recommended was chocolate around the cup and then whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. We got our drinks. The barista was very nice. He was a nice young man. There was a redhead and a girl with glasses with red hair and then another girl with dark hair. We got her drinks and the banana latte barely had any banana syrup in it so we went back around. The drink tasted like straight, black coffee all it needed was banana syrup added. And also, I wanna drizzle on my drink like was recommended. We pull up and I hear the girl because the door is wide open. Say to the other girls "are you serious?" About having to fix our drinks. The guy handed us our drinks and the two girls that made them were staring at us with their hands on their hip giving us the dirtiest looks. I even said what is the problem and then we drove off. I can't believe we just experienced this. The worst experience I've ever had in a coffee shop if my drink cost 6-7 dollars and it's not made correctly. Of course I'm going to turn around and ask for it to be syrup added to both cups. That was it. That's all she had to do was add syrup to both cups not a big deal not like she had to make the drink over or anything. I really hope you take care of this because this is not how customer should be treated horrible service that was my experience.

They cater to differences -- need nondairy, they've got soy, almond and coconut milks (sweetened though, so not a healthy sub for dairy), they've got herbal tea if you can't have caffeine, and they have a kids menu.
