It was a bit difficult to communicate because my French speaking skills are awful. I tried their Feuilletee Au Caramel. It tasted good, but I thought it would be better. My wife bought a croissant, and she enjoyed every morsel of it. She ate it all before I could take a bite or even a picture. They have many other beautiful looking goodies at this bakery. Definitely worth stopping by. If I lived in this town, then I would be back here regularly. Wish I had bought more here to try.

Croissants were decent. Coffee amazing. So much so, I bought a bag to go. I only been here for lunch and afternoon coffee break, but they also have sandwiches and pizzas. What won me over, as with most of Quebec, is the civilized manner of running business. Never too busy to answer a question and when I forgot my coffee grounds, it was set aside and waiting for me the following morning.

Well let's just say I was pleasantly surprised... My eyes popped open when I took my first bite into their croissant. It was so incredibly flaky throughout and the outer crust near the edges were delightfully crispy. I would say in terms of flakiness/crispiness, it's as good if not better than the croissants at Le Croquembouche and Paillard in QC. It's not quite as airy as the other two places I mentioned, but it's still in the top-3 of my favorite croissant places in QC (or anywhere for that matter). We also had the strawberry brioche, which was also very good. It wasn't too sweet which I liked, but by the time we ate it, the fruit had leaked into the bread making it a little soggy. Still delicious and eating that fresh would have been amazing. The two bakery items we tried were fantastic, however, I felt the service could have been better. We got a little attitude when we were ordering because we had a difficult time deciding what to get and felt we were rushed. Could have been the language barrier, but I think she could have been more patient. Regardless, putting up with a little attitude from auntie is a small price to pay for tasting their delightful baked goods. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area!

Despite a sign on the door that said a maximum of two people could enter at a time (COVID), there were several people in there when we stopped by. The goods: After reading all the hype, I expected to be blown away but the chocolatine I had was average and didn't blow me away. The selection was OK but there didn't seem to be a lot of variety. Service: Meh. The person who served me wasn't exactly friendly and didn't seem interested in answering basic questions. The experience was rather disappointing. Price point: On par with other bakeries though the coffee was somewhat expensive given the size of the cup.
