For the burgers, you can choose beef, lamb, deer, chicken, salmon, or veggie. After choosing your burger, you can add additional sauces, toppings, and cheese. My experience here left me somewhat disappointed. While I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of RBB was good (modern, trendy, stylish), the service was incredibly slow. It took nearly 45 mins for my food to arrive, only for me to receive the wrong order. I ordered the veggie burger and received a beef burger instead. However, the waitress was quick to remedy this, and had the correct order within a few minutes afterwards. The food was very filling and tasted fresh. Maybe I just went here on a bad night, but if it's slow like this all the time, be prepared for a long wait. Slow service, but at least the waiters and waitresses are friendly.

So far, it is THE best restaurant I have eaten at in my travels for a month in quebec...including montreal and quebec city. It is one of my top 5 restaurants I have eaten at in the entire world on my travels...its that good. The food is local with a french flare. Traditional foods made elegantly emphasizing fresh local foods. The beef tartare is unbelievable. The seafood fresh and delicious. Service was impeccable, and the staff treated us so great. No discrimination for being anglophone and they totally accomadate us for translating the menu. Outstanding service, our water was topped up at least 6 times as we were thirsty from our hike. Get the beef tartare. The table d'hote menu offers 4 courses for a reasonable price. It is well worth it. We wanted to book for lunch but they are not open on sundays... I'm planning to drive out from quebec city just to eat here again. This is a must go to if in this area. We drove 40 minutes from our hotel in sagunay. And it was well worth it. Unbelievable. The food is great. Ambience is perfect to impress a date or for special occasions!!!

Couple days later I put in an online order for delivery and I needed to change the delivery time a whole day in advance. When I called I recognized her voice and knew it was the same lady. She definitely fits the stereotype of rude French Canadians that hate you if you don't speak French.

Extremely crowded on a weeknight, we waited 35 minutes for a table. And it was the worst table in the place - right next to the door to the patio so that every time it opened, we got a good sniff of cigarette smoke. My Imperial Stout arrived with a small cube of chocolate. It was an interesting combination. I was still enjoying it when the nachos arrived. Um, I don't know why I chose nachos - it's not exactly a Canadian staple. I ordered a second beer and had the pizza with pulled pork and mushrooms. The beer and the pizza were quite good.
