This was the only online healthfood store with free shipping after a minimum that I knew of at the time. Every single food item that should be cooled in some way was NEVER EVER sent with cooling packs, allowing the perishable products to be unsafe to consume by the time they got to Nova Scotia through Canada Post. They also send you stuff that's already expired or extremely close to the expiry date, and say it's OK because when your order was placed it was not expired yet. One time they refunded me on a couple of items that they sent to me spoiled and said they don't normally do this and I should consider it a one time thing... basically blaming me because they can't ship things correctly. Very unprofessional. Even before the COVID era, they did a lot of paid webinars on really quacky health topics. Info you can find in abundance in the internet for free and they were charging for it. I'd recommending avoiding this company, though I cannot speak for their in-person locations.

I don't know what they made the shake with but it was definitely not the fiber shake I had at the other store. It tasted like it had a bucket of cinnamon in it. I know consistency is such a challenge with multiple locations. Your store is so nice, great products and I experienced great customer service at the Cambridge location.
