I came in with two girlfriends and we ordered together. We each ordered a hot sandwich meal, an ice mocha, and a donut. But we didn't actually end up getting exactly what we ordered. We were told that our donuts were part of our meal, when in fact, we wanted the fries that were supposed to come with the meal, and have the donut as a little dessert after. My Artisan Bacon grilled cheese sandwich didn't actually come with bacon, and the girl who took our order said I told her "Grilled cheese sandwich.", but I said "Artisan Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich". It's such a mouthful to say, I know I said the entire title. My friend got a hot mocha instead of an iced mocha, and the same girl that took our order insisted that my friend said HOT and not iced. My Artisan Bacon Grilled Cheese sandwich wasn't grilled all the way through, as you can see in my photo, the cheese wasn't thoroughly melted. And lastly, their iced mochas weren't that great at all. I think the rude experience and lack of customer service really topped it all off. I will not recommend Tim Hortons to any friends or family. It just isn't really worth it, based on our experiences there.

I received a coupon in the mail for a grilled cheese sandwich BOGO promotion at Tim Hortons. My wife and I have lunch together so I thought I'd grab that for lunch. The cashier rang through my order and for whatever reason didn't scan the coupon properly. Instead of redoing the transaction she suggested that I just use the coupon another time. I told her that I was wanting two sandwiches and asked if she could redo the transaction. She responded saying that if she did the transaction again it would charge me again and that the previous transaction was already done and could not be changed. I bought the 2nd sandwich full price in order to be courteous to the other customers waiting. I really wish that those employees could be trained better. Very disappointed with their service.
