My front-entry tiles look brand new (but they're not); he replaced the existing grout with a new product that has it looking bright and clean. See for yourself what a sterling job he did on my new bathroom floor tiles (see photo). What you can't see is the fact that he replaced the silicone along the walls and did baseboard repairs. The bathroom wasn't this good-looking when I first moved into my home 19 years ago!

She suggested trying Resource, a recycle house parts function of Boulder Eco-cycle. In fact I knew of them because my contractor had taken my old doors there. Leftover tile project stock is sold there and she said it was probably the only place in Boulder to find some 8x8's. And off I went.

The tile work is super flush which each other, incredibly level, and straight. He even corrected the funky way that the tile manufacturer sent me the tile. True pros working with what they were given. I bought the tile prior to hiring the Honey Do List, which makes it a perfect company name. I did not have the time or skill to complete it as well as they did. The brick behind it was super wavy, bumpy and not level, but the new tile is perfect! The biggest failure- the sales rep, in trying to make a quick sale failed to disclose the extra tile wouldn't be available for return should I have extra. Yet, and curiously she did mention a restocking fee for the tile returns?!?! So when I tried to schedule a return of extra tiles, imagine my shock that they would not take the tiles...and the best part, they blamed me for the oversight. Ridiculous. We lost our house in the Marshall Fire and spent close to six figures with Atlas and their…read moreinstallers on our rebuild. Atlas' salesperson (Tommy) ordered the underlayment for our floor. This underlayment is not recommended by the manufacturer (Portercraft Floors). Frank LaCava installed the floor incorrectly and now it will need to be replaced. Nelson Melara installed our tile and the grout is soft/crumbling and will need to be replaced. Nelson is unresponsive and does not stand behind his work.
