Three authorized attempts to deliver tile and all attempts to deliver were sent broken and crushed tiles. The fourth attempt failed again. In good faith I paid hundreds of dollars for delivery of tiles and all because they claim they can deliver! Deliveries were not accepted and I requested a refund. They ignore my phone calls and emails. They need to do the right thing and refund my money. You can't keep customers money and put in claim to trucking companies for refunds. I would avoid unless your just buying one off materials. There is no communications between coworkers, no central file, no way to cross reference. They will stretch the truth to not have to deal with claims. If you annoy them, they will not return phone calls and email will be lacking any details. read more

After they measured wrong the first time. They did not want to replace the miss measured counter top. Instead they moved it, so now there are two massive gaps filled in with caulk. Good selection though and open in the weekend. read more

Love that this store has such a big selection of everything! You can't find a place here in Rochester with more choices. They've also really stepped it up since COVID! You can purchase tile online and have them put it right in your car, super convenient and easy. The staff is also very friendly. Love their ads on Facebook and in Shop Rochester! read more

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the product quality and install of glass tile and a quartzite countertop in our kitchen. Countertop was placed over a dog leash (not kidding), countertop installed with a chip (I was told that quartzite is fragile and that happens), countertop not cut straight so wall had to be built out when adding tile, seam of countertop visible and rough to touch, grout spacing between tile is not even (normal amount to no grout between tile). Tile was not cut straight in many different places. Non-English speaking employee was instructed with hand gestures on how to try and fix countertop chip. How can he be expected to be successful in his job. Poor communication. Management defensive. My FB review was removed. read more

I won't recommend this store, the products are low qualities, and the store manager is not responsible. The employees are ca rough and ignorant, the manager never responded the email, meet with customer, or pick up phone. The employees ordered wrong products, no returnable to customer, and they charged over than bid price "Do not trust them". I can say this is cheat store that I never met. My builders told me never go to that store, and couple of my co workers have a bad experiences with this store. Now I realized that was true, I should check review or listen to people before waste my money and time with them. My house need to closing in next two months, I went to the store and reminded the seller couple times, they said they forgot to order I have to wait another month, and when they installed the carpet was nails all over the stairs and edges. I called them to fix it, take about 2 months. I have to canceled my home warming party, and furniture delivery because of tile supper store's employees forgot to order again and again. read more

Go to Floorco and you will be glad you did. The superstore has alot to choose from however if you do buy anything save yourself the hassle and just install it yourself. Hard to believe the guys that they sub work out to call themselves professionals. ...They are anything but that. Example #1, we had stone installed on our fireplace and they never grouted the exposed edges so we called them back which there sub did indeed come back ( pissed off as hell ) and did 3/4 of it and left the other 1/4. We called for him to come back and he did not show in the morning like he said he was going to so we left to go on vacation and upon returning home what do we find on our door step. ..yup you guessed it it a bag of grout. Guess I will just do it myself. Example #2, the wife and I had them custom make some cabinets for us for our basement around the fireplace. What a mistake that was. Whom ever there install guys are happen to use a rough cut blade on my finished shelves and chipped the holy hell out of them..never mind they didnt even cut them square. There fix to it... a good ole marker and the stupid comment of " thats the best we can do... " so fo yourselves a favor and make this place your last resort... I dont care how unhandy you are you will still be able to do a better job than this place could dream of. read more

They get one star because the installers did a good job. The lack of communication from the designer and the customer service was horrible. Any time I emailed or called and left a voicemail (because no one was ever available to talk to me when I did call) it would be days before I would get a response. I will never recommend this company to anyone. My project was done over 2 weeks ago and not one person has called to see how the installation went or how it looks. read more

I would avoid his business like the plague. We had granite installed in out kitchen and after the install we discovered a lovely crack behind the sink. They offered to "repair" the crack, but would not replace the piece. Now we have a white epoxy line where the crack is. No compensation was offered. They even went so far as to blame us for the damage. Should have taken them to court, I guess. read more

i believe this is the only local flooring business that does not allow you to return any product left over from their own square footage measurement. although this is mentioned on their contract form, they definitely do not go out of the way to inform you of this policy. it appears to be a built-in method they utilze to simply increase profit. to my mind, it's a self-serving conflict of interest. i strongly recommend going elsewhere for your flooring - or any other home improvement needs you might have. read more
