I then asked them to send the installer and do final measurements. That was October 18. He told me in would take a bit but he would get back to me. It is now November 16 and I was just told they wont touch my house cause it was built before 1978 and may contain lead paint. This little fact was never given to me. The installer Steve never even bothered. I guess you have to live in a million dollar house in Farmington or Avon to have Steve work on your house. I am most upset that another month has passed and we are throwing heat right out the doors. I really thought these were good people doing good work. They are not. I hope you have better luck.

I went in with a photo of what I needed for my personal business needs and left less than a half hour after that with what I needed and even to the correct size. I worked with Glenda G. and she was by far the nicest person ever. She had knowledge of the products, great customer service and a great personality to deal with the public.
