My experience with Norton Flooring was excellent. From the day I stopped by and met Erica, she was…read moreknowledgeable about all types of flooring, patiently explaining in a way I could understand. She also has a great sense of style and decorative abilities. She helped me pick out my floor and was with us every step of the way, stopping by daily .I felt she cared about us as people. She always kept me updated, as to material shipping, pick-up and project end. Erica's husband Adam has been doing floors for many years, a family trade learned early from his Father. Adam came by and surveyed the house, did measurements and made suggestions on baseboards, etc. He was happy with my existing baseboards and did not try to sell me anything additional. Now Erica and Adam's team, Kevin and Raoul are the best. Efficient, honest and kind, they did such a fantastic job on our maple wood floors, we could not be more thrilled. Upstairs, we had carpet installed, Erica's team of Ron and Jessie did an incredible job of moving everything and installing new carpet in just one day. AW so nice to walk barefoot on new carpet. Efficient, great communication and affordable! So good, our neighbor had her floors done shortly after seeing ours! We highly endorse Norton Flooring. Chris and Janeen Mason, Ohio

Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They removed all the old carpet, moved the furniture and made sure everything was cleaned up and put back in its place...they came to my home with sample selections and had an itemized quote prepared with no hidden charges that same day...it's beautiful!

This company just did major damage to our walls and did subpar work. A one week job stretched into…read more5 weeks. We had them place waterproof laminate throughout the main area of our main floor. Three bedrooms of carpeting. Vinyl in a bathroom and a mudroom. And waterproof laminate in the finished basement. The first crews didn't cover/ tape off appliances or areas as stated in their contract. The whole house from the 14 ft ceilings with 10 ft ledges to the ducts and 6 brand new appliances' vents were coated in flooring dust because they used multiple electric saws inside our house. They dinged and gauged every single wall in every room. Massive amounts of damage to newly professionally painted walls. Some gauges removed layers of paint. There were black hand prints all over the walls. Their lunch garbage thrown on the lawn. The flooring in the basement was installed incorrectly. They left off the protective plastic layer that goes underneath. We have a video camera that points right into the basement door. Otherwise we wouldn't have known until our floor failed - then would've been told that the warranty was voided because it was installed incorrectly. The carpeting crews then did a shabby job and left a big, raised seam down the middle of the master bedroom. Doors not reattached or dragging the carpet. The wrong transition strip was put on the top of the basement landing - the wrong color and a major trip hazard. The carpeting crew then also did further damage to our walls by cleaning and painting on our walls without our permission. The project manager, Nadia, was in charge of the first crews and carpeting crew. We emailed Nadia and the salesman, Jay, the pictures and videos of all the damage to our home and the crappy work that had been done on the flooring. That email was forwarded by Jay to the branch manager, Amanda. Amanda assured us that everything was going to be fixed, the crews were let go and that Nadia was removed as project manager. She promised that a professional crew would fix the flooring, agreed to pay our painter to fix our paint, she would send out a cleaning crew and get our ducts cleaned. She also said she was going to oversee our project. Amanda didn't oversee anything. She didn't come out to our home until 3 hours before the 2nd crew was finished with our floors. She was on our property a total of 19 minutes. All caught on video. Video of her being asked by the 2nd flooring crew about the open hole left in our finished basement floor. It's supposed to have a matching cover. Instead the first crew shoved another pipe into the drain, making it narrower and no one has ever brought the matching floor cover. We still have an open hole in the floor. Also video of her saying she was going to have the flooring removed from our back patio. It's still sitting there. She also didn't even look at the carpet seam in the middle of the room or the damaged walls. The 2nd flooring crew did a better job but now less than two weeks later and the floors are popping in multiple places. The unqualified cleaning crew sent out by Amanda and Iliane then did more damage to our walls. Well, her teenage kids did. She sat in the car nearly the entire time, on her phone. Also all caught on camera. The mom can be heard asking the progress of the kids as they worked 'cleaning' my home and she sat. They didn't clean much but did a lot of damage. The mom used an unapproved cleaner on my floors that can void the warranty and strip my floors. After nearly 5 weeks into a job that was to take 1 week, has damaged our home, delayed our move by a month, delayed putting our other home on the market, cost us a lot more money than the cost of the flooring and ton of stress - we decided it was in our best interest and for the sake of our home to part ways with this company. We just could not trust anyone from this company to be let back into our home to damage it further. They have all proven themselves to be completely incompetent and unable to handle a job of this size. It was agreed that a price reduction was warranted and we were told we would hear from them soon about whether our warranties were still valid. We were also told that the owner had been notified. After three days with no communication we emailed to enquire about the status of our warranty. What we got back from Amanda was a snarky email that reeked of Chapgpt. It also stated that we would not get our reduction in price if I left a negative review or said anything negative on social media. That didn't go over well. We paid the reduced price and you're reading this review. And the damage is condensed here for space, it's worse. The new owner? Never heard from him. I sung their praises in multiple reviews before and now I'll shout from the rooftops what they did to my home and the crappy work they did.

I would recommend Floor Coverings International without hesitation. They are professional,…read morereliable, helpful, solve problems and reasonably priced. We had to remove carpeting from two bedrooms and a bath before extensive repairs. Then install new carpets. After I explained our project, Katie came to our house within 24 hours. She evaluated the areas and provided helpful suggestions on how to proceed and recommended padding and excellent carpeting. Katie then orchestrated the removal, clean up and installation new carpet after the construction. She reduced a tremendous amount of stress for us by assisting with this project. Oh, the carpeting is a fantastic improvement.

For many slabs, a sample does not paint an accurate picture. Appointments may be made, but walk-ins are also welcome. If looking for tile, make sure to sign in at the desk to the left. If looking for granite, quartz or marble, walk in to the office immediately to your right. There you will be able to check in for the stone department. Some simple safety rules are gone over. Customer's may then look for themselves. I had some design questions. The associate who helped me was phenomenal. I told her I wanted something not too busy, since the elements I am keeping are busy, but not something so plain it looks like a slab of concrete. She offered to walk around with me. After snaking through all the rows, she then left/ encouraged me to take a second look on my own. I left having placed two different slabs of granite on hold. Daltile offers a 30 day hold, free of charge. From there, everything is handled by your fabricator or contractor. Customer service was just as good when selecting slabs as it was when I took the slabs off hold. Holds come off at the end of 30 days. Even still, I did not want to be holding materials they could sell to someone else knowing I would not be purchasing it. Through no fault of Daltile, the fabricator who sent me to them never sent me a quote. We decided to use another fabricator, and selected a slab they have on hand. I still wouldn't hesitate recommending Daltile to someone who already has a contractor/fabricator, and is looking for stone.

After making the difficult and expensive decision to remodel our master bath, my wife and I were…read moredirected to ProSource Cincinnati for cabinets, granite and tile. The following details the numerous issues we experienced in our dealings with ProSource. Granite - Denice, the cabinet designer, assisted us with selection and design of the cabinets on our second visit to the company. We selected Diamond cabinets made of Cherry w/ an Expresso finish and were provided a computer illustration of the cabinet/granite design (front view) on an 8X11 paper - we were not able to view an actual model of our cabinet choice. Our vanity cabinet is 8 feet long (to give an idea of the scale of the picture) and there was no discussion of the location of the sink bowl relative to the vanity doors and this detail was difficult to see in the computer image. We were not asked where we preferred the bowl placement and we just assumed that the bowls would have been centered on the doors. This was not the case, when the granite arrived, the bowls were centered in the cabinet box; the sinks looked totally out of alignment. We replaced the granite on our own so that the sink bowls could be aligned with the cabinet doors. The new granite, un/reinstall of the faucets cost us more than $2,000.00 (on top of the total remodel cost!). Prior to retiring, I managed a company that sold Vanities...of the thousands sold from that company NO vanity ever shipped with the bowl centered on anything other than the vertical cabinet doors. Accent Tile - The accent tile that was selected was delivered incorrect. ProSource blamed this on one of the Employees who assisted us (who is no longer there). Obviously, I don't know whose error it was and don't care. Cabinets - We selected Diamond cabinets made of Cherry w/ an Expresso finish. Our high-end cabinets were delivered by a contracted delivery service consisting of one person to off-load several large cabinets and parts. The cabinets were damaged and parts of the order were delivered to someone else many miles away. The Diamond cabinets are another review as their quality for a high-end cabinet is dubious, at best. Diamond & ProSource agreed to replace several doors and drawer fronts. We are still waiting on replacement. Given what we have been told thus far, it seems that the replacements have not been ordered as promised. ProSource & Diamond have been paid and I don't really have much recourse aside from this review. I can't recommend them as a supplier as literally every aspect of what they were contracted for had an issue. No one will take ownership of the problems with our purchase. Next time I 'll save the money and just buy from Wayfair.
