Purchasing was easy and someone comes round to measure up. Fitting was equally as pain-free and quite frankly that's how I want it to be. Good quality carpets at reasonbable prices and no hard-sell tactics and no unknowledgeable salespersons. All in all a pleasurable experience in buying carpets!
