I saw an ad for Tile and Grout Re-new (which is a tile and grout cleaning and restoration company) in a local magazine like savings source. I called them and set up a free estimate for my kitchen floor as the grout was discolored and not uniform. Chris the owner and operator was on time for the estimate and gave me a price on the spot before leaving my house. Chris the owner was very professional and did all the work himself. Tile and Grout Re-New transformed my kitchen floor to look brand new again..... this is a 24 year old tile floor!!! Chris did everything he promised and quoted on the estimate.... beyond my expectations. my wife and I couldn't be more happy with this company. We had a local carpet cleaning company come in every year, and each time it was a different guy doing the work and less proficient. We didn't realize there was other options out there. Tile and Grout Re-New only does tile and grout restoration and Granite cleaning and sealing. We prefer having a tile expert doing the work. Well worth the call. I saw an add in my local flyer magazine for Tile & Grout Renew and figured it was time to spruce up my 12 year old tile/grout. I called after typical business hours figuring I would get a voicemail, but to my pleasant surprise, Chris answered the phone and scheduled an appointment to come look and give a quote for my kitchen/eat in dining and laundry area, along with my four bathrooms. He showed up on time, gave his undivided attention to me, presented me with a quote, selected the color of the grout for each room, and set a time for the work to be completed. Chris is the owner, I would recommend him without hesitation and I love the fact that he does the work himself.
