I highly recommend JT Auto-- it's now my go-to auto shop! I first stopped in a couple months ago…read morewhen my check engine light came on (everyone's worst nightmare!) and most recently for routine maintenance. I called up JT Auto as soon as my check engine light came on and I was connected with Lisa, who is an absolute gem! She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and walked me through the whole process. I had to come back more than once in between my meetings, and Lisa was very considerate and informed me that because they were experiencing a delay, she could stay open a little late so I could pick up my vehicle. The first time I checked in, she informed me that the wrong part was sent over, but Lisa expertly navigated calling the right folks to ensure that I got the right part! When picking up my car, JT was able to answer all my questions and recommended some helpful service tips that may save me from some grief in the future. The second time I went in was for routine maintenance and the whole JT Auto team was able to get me in and out ASAP! I can say with confidence that JT Auto is my go-to location for all my car needs. Thanks to the whole team for providing efficient, reliable service!

This first paragraph and the 5 stars is specifically about the service station. My vehicle was…read moreoverdue for an oil change, and my wife complained about the tire light coming on. She called this station and the person said to come on in. She was quickly tended to, and the vehicle was ready in a hurry. We live just a few blocks away and had never had a reason to use the service station, but will definitely keep it in mind for future needs. The price was reasonable, service was good, and they turned off the oil change light and TPMS light. As for the gas, I've only filled up a few times because the price is high. I understand, it's the city and land isn't cheap, but for me, I am usually looking for a lower price, so it's only been during an emergency that I've used the gas pumps. But, it's nice to have a gas station so close by in case it's needed, which it has been a few times.

TLDR: Great value on wheel work. Initial work had imperfections and the shop took ownership and…read morefixed within a week. I brought my BBS RGRs to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists in Essex during their Black Friday special for a full repaint along with mounting and balancing new tires. What initially caught my attention was their promised 24 to 48 hour turnaround, which was a lot quicker than I expected for this type of job. When I arrived to pick everything up, the team immediately spotted some issues during their final inspection. One wheel had noticeable overspray, another had a chip, and a third had a few surface imperfections. Mistakes happen, and what mattered to me was how the shop handled it. They were upfront, they owned it, and they took the wheels straight back to be redone without hesitation. I received all three refinished wheels about a week later which honestly aligned more with what I had originally expected for a quality refinish turnaround. The final product looked great and I appreciated that the team prioritized getting the job done correctly rather than rushing it out the door. Overall, I am happy with the work, the value, and the experience. The initial delay ended up being worth it because I would much rather have the job done right once even if it takes longer, instead of a quick turnaround followed by do overs. The team's honesty and willingness to make things right go a long way, and I would return for future wheel work.
