This place allegedly goes through managers like I go through socks because he is an absolute manipulative prick and that's putting it nicely. That comes directly from BOTH his current & former staff. To confirm, he didn't have the time, professionalism, balls, or the integrity to speak with me about issues my party had. Now he can enjoy the negative review & letter to corporate. The drinks weren't bad, they were the highlight of there was one, but the food, & the service, both horrible. The experience was so bad from start to finish that the problem has to stem from the top down. The General Manager Enrique was "unavailable" to speak to me when I asked who the GM/manager was. I left my phone number & email with his staff Months ago, never heard a peep back. If your restaurant looks this dirty, & your service is this sloppy, & your food is mediocre at its best, AND you don't have time to listen to customer complaints or opinions to better your establishment or hear criticism, then YOU SHOULD BE FIRED! For a place with such a great location, the overall experience simply doesn't match the potential. There also appears to be a revolving door of staff, and when you constantly see turnover, it raises questions about management and how the business is being run. The bartender was okay, but had absolutely no personality or customer engagement. Honestly, the location is doing a lot of the heavy lifting here. The beer, convenient location, and late hours are pretty much the only reasons I would consider coming back. Atlantic City has plenty of competition, and Wonder Bar needs to step it up. Great location alone can only carry a business so far.

The cost to come here is $5 per person, and while that may be alright for those who are vacationing here, it can become quite costly for locals. I did have an incident at the Somers Point location where I locked the bathroom door and a member of their staff walked in on me and, at one point, banged a broom against the window. I'm not sure if any of their locations have some type of bathroom policy, but it didn't seem quite professional and felt very awkward.
