My son has very curly hair, and for the first time in the three years that he has been getting haircuts, the barber listened and left his length on top. The gentleman took his time, and was patient. I walked in and Ryan, middle seat, said hey and we got to work on the hair. He talked everything out, he didn't ignore me or do his own thing. He communicated all the way through about what I was looking for and how he planned to get there. Great conversation and when we got to the end, he asked for my opinion and if there was anything I wanted to change. I asked him questions about what I saw and he always said he could do anything I wanted, but why if he did this my hair would look like that. He explained how my hair laid and if he did certain things it could make my hair look goofy on the back or making a change on the side could change how the topped look. He didn't make me feel bad about my questions, he was just honest about what could happen. He gave me a clean cut and my hair looks great compared to how I stepped through the door. Ryan is experienced and customer friendly. Thank you, Ryan, I will be back for sure!

Started going to Ral which he cuts good and no issues with the haircuts however all 4 times i have scheduled an appointment he is never on time and makes me wait about 15-20minutes. This last time i scheduled my apt for friday at 2:15pm and Thursday night he rescheduled my apt to 1pm giving me less than 24hr notice, so i couldnt do it so rescheduled the apt for Sunday 9:15am. Well i get a text message at 6:44am sunday morning saying my apt is cancelled and he is sick but didnt even hook me up with someone else since he cant. Had i cancelled my apt within 24hr i am held accountable to still pay but apt was rescheduled once and cancelled 1 yet nothing. Verg disappointed with Ral and how he wasnt held accountable when showing up late and having customers wait. Get a haircut with any other barber in the shop!
