Zero customer service skills! I visited this shop in person and was greeted with a very rude, "We don't take walk-ins" yesterday after spending almost 72 hours in remote-key ("FOB") diagnostics hell. I had literally watched almost 50 You-Tube videos on how to fix my faulty Jeep Renegade FOB and I just needed some help. I almost walked out then and there but because of my desperation to get this FOB fixed, I stayed only to hear that they would gladly order me a new remote key at the hefty price of $289.00, without even attempting to look at my FOB to try and fix it. When I explained that I wanted them to at least look at it, they sent me home and said they would call me back if an appointment opened up. Two calls later, they decided they didn't want to take a risk of trying to repair the FOBs at all. Total waste of time and the worst part was their attitudes and lack of customer service skills. And by the way, I am a surviving breast cancer patient, so a little compassion goes a long way with someone who has been through what I have this year! read more

Had to have all the locks changed and install 2 additional locks at my home over a year ago...AND then last Summer (6months later) subsequently grabbed the wrong set of keys when headed out the door to a Drs appt.. This morning my high school kids school car wouldn't start. (13 yr old Honda Odyssey) The key would not turn in the ignition. Had never heard of this happening. Called another local locksmith that quickly told me that Tigers Locksmith was the one to call. The owner answered the phone, diagnosed the problem and was at my home in 30 min. He had to take the ignition apart and repair the internal parts that had worn over the years. His big van is an impressive mobile shop/ office, so the work was done very quickly. Today was the second time I used Tigers Locksmith to provide and program a second key FOB for a vehicle. The first time was for an Infiniti Q50 and the second for a QX80. Drew showed up exactly on time, with exactly what was needed, and programmed the new FOB perfectly, along with cutting the key. He is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.
