A few months later it increased slightly. I am also a veteran and nursing. I received a discount of some sort at that time. Just last month they have added an increase of more than 80.00 a month to my unit. I can't even get a good explanation as to why this humungous increase in fees. 173.00 I was asked to pay. Mind you I am not in state so I can't just go grab my things. What type of business practice is this. Never again will I rent a unit with this company. Potential renters BEWARE OF PRICE INCREASES.

They were very helpful and held the space until I could see the space. They are so friendly and accommodating, my conscience told me I had to rent the space even if I did not like it. Of course, I liked the space but mentioned that since I am poor at backing up a trailer, I would like a space that I could back straight into. This week one came available and Sue called me.
