If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment and was given a specific time to have…read moremy car worked on. Despite this, my vehicle was not touched at all that day. Instead, I was told it was because another car was being worked on--something that should have been accounted for before confirming my appointment. I had all the parts needed. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. If you cannot honor scheduled appointments, that should be communicated clearly and ahead of time. Communication throughout this experience was very poor, and I was left waiting with no updates or accountability. I took time out of my day based on the appointment I was given, and that time was completely wasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values punctuality, communication, or basic customer service.
