Then they go online to look for the part. I called this morning about a thermal switch. They do not carry Bradford White parts there? Employee transferred me to sales or parts and said it could be Fresno person and would take a few days to get it. I could called directly into the Edison location, but not the main store on District Ave.? Seems to be a disconnect here and I guess I will continue do get parts from some plumbing store on Amazon due to cost and they have the part on hand. Comes right to my home. I already ordered the thermal resetable switch from Amazon, but thought I could get one quicker from Ferguson. I have already bought a burner, thermo couplers parts, etc and got them from Amazon. I called to purchase a product over the phone (a product I had already seen so I knew what it was…read moreand was given the price for it a couple days before), but over the phone Dwight convinced me that I needed a more expensive product because it was a "better product" without asking further questions; he just said it was better so I trusted him and figured it was worth the extra money if he said so. I then send my husband to pick up the product and he was NOT given the more expensive product that was suppose to be "better" but the other product (the one I was originally calling for that was cheaper). When I called back to asked why he was given the one that was cheaper they said because that was the one I needed, but when I asked for a refund on the difference in price they refused to give me the refund and said they were ALL the same price in a very angry way. Obviously is not worth buying materials from a place with poor business ethics and bad customer service who are willing to rip customers off for a few dollars. Taking advantage of people with the prices does not speak good of a business and will never be successful.

He got us a sample and was very helpful. Since we already shopped around we knew their prices and service are good. They have a great showroom with lots to pick from. Victor is a excellent employee and we appreciated him. Victor made a extra effort when we told him we needed the tile quickly.
