I found Ball's number and spoke to Devon - he was such a great guy - ready to help. It was after 11.30am and I needed help the same day. He didnt know I was an hour away and when I mentioned that he said he would call his crew who were just finishing up a job and call me back in 5 mins..Sure enough in 5 mins he called me an confirmed that his 2 guys would be at my home at 1pm. He asked me to text him the address and my email - he sent me a link to pay (that he specifically said to pay after they performed the services). Thats what you call trust between a business and customers - and it still exists in this world. They were right on time - great guys, did all the heavy lifting and even helped assemble 2 beds we had (Called Devon and talked to him - it was done at no additional cost). They didn't have their tools but used our tools to put them together. Since it was a newly constructed house and we had just wiped the entire wooden floor with Clorox wipes (yes the real not easy to find wipes!) and the carpets vacuumed - they were EXTRA careful with not dirtying the floor or carpets..hats off to them - they did a fabulous job and we were so happy that we got the best service from the Ball team - kudos to you Devon for running a real customer focussed moving business. Seemed super scattered. Did not take suggestions from other crew member about packing truck, resulting in several of my items being destroyed or rendered slanting, useless, or not in the condition they were in before the move. Obstinate about certain items that EVERYONE else in the room said was not a good idea, like taking apart every. single. thing. Sure enough, it took almost two extra hours to put everything back together. Maybe because all of the screws were piled together in one bag? 10+ of which NEVER made it back into the furniture. Devon assured me he would come and take care of it. NEVER DID. Big surprise, though: my check was received and cashed post haste. SUPER NOT RECOMMENDED.

As requested, Hubs emailed pics of our house and received a quote (house, gutters & outside of windows) that afternoon. Thursday was (another) slightly damp day, so we were contacted that am to see if we wanted to proceed, which Hubs confirmed. Fred (owner) & Derrick arrived @30 minutes beforehand and let us know how they planned on getting tasks completed. (Note: they were very appreciative that we'd mostly cleared off front & back porch ourselves.) Derrick got onto our roof in front to access all our gutters (2+ stories in back) & it was incredible how much gunk blew out after so many years. Fred covered all outdoor sockets & removed screens (later cleaned & reinstalled) and then both alternated between soft washing a side & then cleaning windows. Three other young men arrived & finished up windows. Asked Fred about second story windows that were not dried off and he said solution they use prevents all water spots when dried and said if not "call us and we'll come out to fix it." (Next day: no spots anywhere.) Previous company had power washed our vinyl which left streaks on our (then 10-yr old) siding & windows, so were glad to find a company that uses a different, and very successful, technique. Highly recommend Shark Window & House Cleaning: very professional (&local) group and look forward to using their services again when needed. Rates were very reasonable and well-worth the outcome!

Mr. White and his crew went above and beyond to help .. we were going to pack but had to be out of state for treatment , Mr. White , his wife and a crew came in and finished pack for us and moved us , they worked us in as our dates changed and made sure I had a bedroom, kitchen and living room set up for me as I was home for 2 days to kind of oversee the move ( I wasn't really needed) , My daughter and son in law have just sol their home and are building another, there is no doubt who they are going to use for their move ..
