It has three islands with 2 pumps each (total of 12 nozzles), with regular at $2.57. Stopped inside the warehouse since there was parking available. The food court is located inside, with same expected pricing ($1.99 for pizza slice and $1.50 for hot dog/soda bundle). Was planning to grab something quick, but thought better of it when we saw the lines. Soon learned that it's literally difficult to leave a Costco without buying anything since the only exit has a line for buyers to validate their receipt. Just squeezed between the carts of the waiting exiters...oh well.

I mentioned to the clerk they were out as I was checking myself out. She rolled her eyes. I asked how to ring up the cup of ice and she blurted out that it would be .97 cents. I said again that the machine was out of my choice and I would be purchasing a 20 oz bottle for over $2.00 and I was not interested in the drink if it was going to cost over $3.00. I believe the cup with ice and beverage is typically $1.29 or so. She told me to leave and not come back! I was 100% nice and respectful and did not deserve the treatment. I will not go back to this Circle K in Myrtle Beach on the corner of 17 and Mr. Joe White again!

While their overall selections of items are pretty awesome,…read moreand I would give the Pharmacy here kudos for their service and efficiency, there are two things customers need to be aware of at this store. The first thing is pricing on the shelf and pricing on the item. I could not even begin to tell you how many times I have recognized an error or discrepancy in the item price at the register at this store. Last year, I bought small prepared salads off the shelf that showed a price of $2.29, but when I got to the register, it rang up $2.97. Not much $ if bought once or twice, but when someone buys them several times a week, it certainly adds up. The Customer Service folks promised to fix it, but it took almost a month. The other annoying issue is the Isle Width. My wife and I went down the extremely narrow drink row this morning, where there was a pallet of drinks that someone dropped. I can assure you that there is no way two people walking side by side could have fit. We continue to scratch heads on the thought process of this most recent renovation. Nothing could be far from customer friendly about these type of safety hazards throughout the grocery section at this location. I have complained about this on various surveys, but I would bet that this does not negatively effect their bottom line in any way, therefore no change is needed. Just be cautious of the narrow space of the isles here. Do not come back and say no one told you. ​

Another flashback to my last time visiting the Myrtle Beach, SC area to see the relatives. When I…read morevisit them I tend to travel light because I stay with them and have stockpiled a bunch of needful things to use across the time of my trip. Stuff like socks, underwear and assorted t-shirts and polo shirts for the nicer events out. Even some beach stuff like trunks and goggles for the pool or ocean. Everything I've needed, or I should be correct and say that almost everything was purchased at their nearby Walmart. The other reason I really like to visit this particular location is that I always seem to find a KISS t-shirt of some kind. I'm a pretty close to being a lifelong fan of "The Hottest Band In The World" and when my awesome Mother asked me how many KISS shirts I needed, I replied with a smile "all of them". I should add that I've also added shirts for the Misfits, Godzilla, Star Wars, and assorted super-heroes to the mix which will give me convention wear for the duration. Walmart is priced lower than many stores and since this one is down in South Carolina, its less than one would find up this way. That's why I've even been getting my jeans down there as well. I just have to make them fit into my bag for the journey home. If you're down in this part of MB, be sure to drop in and grab some things that you need. It's without question that I will be going back and I cannot wait to see the new shirts that I might find.

***Late post from my Oct 2023 East Coast trip***…read more After my visit at the Paula Deen Store and Paula Deen's Family Kitchen, I made my way to the next building. I wanted to buy more magnets and get some more shirts. I wasn't planning to go inside Crabby Jack's General Store at first, but the name "Crabby Jack's" intrigued me so I turned back and walked right in. I am so glad that I did. Huge shop with great selections of clothing, interesting local gifts for friends and family back home, cold beverages, candy, snacks, and so much more. Staff was super friendly and nice. They helped me with getting shirts that were hanging way high... thank you! They didn't have a fitting room so I just threw the shirt over the shirt I was wearing at the time. It was all good. I ended up getting a few good-looking shirts with Myrtle Beach printed on them (good quality material by the way) and some fun magnets as my souvenir. Crabby Jack's is just an all around fun one-of-a-kind emporium of all sorts of things. A must visit when you're in Myrtle Beach! P.S. I will post photos later. Thanks for your patience.
