Sure enough, the very next day my tire was sitting on the rim. I tried using the tire inflator, but could only get half of it to come out. I returned the item to the store and the manager replaced the item with no questions asked. They were very polite and helpful. I have been going to this Scotchman for over 3 years now and its because of their service and dedication to their customers that I will continue to be a loyal customer. We were able to save a lot of money by shopping here and not eating out every meal. Finding everything was easy and checkout was smooth. Our cashier was very kind and friendly to our kids as well.
