Soooo, I 'rescued' this chair with the lofty goal of reupholstering it myself. Needless to say it never happened after I stripped it, so I was faced with the choice to throw it out or find someone to finish the job. I located the perfect blue fabric and entrusted Carlos to do the job! Not only is he the kindest man but his work is IMPECCABLE! Carlos went above and beyond what I could have asked for. The batting is beautiful, the seams are seamless, and he even repaired a bit of the chipped wood. I told Carlos that I would not only recommend him to others but that I would proudly write this review! My pictures speak for themselves. I literally just picked the chair up so I will upload more photos once it's back in my apartment. So glad I held onto the chair and made the investment in reupholstered with him!

I cannot recommend Mike's Upholstery--and specifically the incredible Isabelle Tarikayan--more…read morehighly! I recently had four chairs and a sectional sofa reupholstered by her company, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. What truly separates Mike's Upholstery from others is their unparalleled customer service and commitment to getting it right. My sectional initially came back too firm, then too soft, and on the third attempt--after Isabelle suggested adding down feathers to the cushions--it was absolutely perfect. Most businesses would have told me to live with it or charged me for the extra work, but not Isabelle. She was determined to make sure I was happy, switching out the cushions three times and arranging pickup and delivery for each adjustment without hesitation. Beyond the service, the craftsmanship is top-notch. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find a company so dedicated to both quality and customer satisfaction, and that's why I will never go anywhere else for upholstery needs. If you want a company that genuinely cares, stands behind their work, and delivers beautiful results, look no further than Mike's Upholstery. Isabelle and her team are the best in the business!

Madge, who owns the business with her husband, helped me with measuring the fabric needed and selecting the appropriate fabric type. They picked up the chairs and delivered them upon completion. The craftsmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Daniel's Upholstery!

First we met at my apartment so that he could get a sense of my personality, discuss design ideas, and figure out the overall tone of the job. After my initital appointment at my apartment, I went to see how his apartment was designed so I would get a better sense of the finished look. He then pins ideas to a Pinterest board and posts them so you know exactly what to order if you want to go ahead with particular suggestions. I found that extremely helpful. Michael went above and beyond for me, helping pick out the paint colors, assisiting with window treatments, and even finding proper positions/making suggestions for lamps. After the paint job was finished we went over where to hang my prints on my wall and his recommendations were spot on! I'd definitely work with Michael again in the future and hope more people have the opportunity to do so as well.
