I called and asked if they ship. They said they do, and I knew it was time to order. I placed an order for 15 lbs of smoked boudin. The shipping was $118, the boudin $159. 100% worth it. She took my order, and the next day they sent me the shipping info. It came the following day. The boudin was shipped frozen, and in a styrofoam cooler, with some dry ice. Packed into a secure box. When I unpacked it, the boudin was still frozen solid. I let a pack defrost overnight and cooked it today for a late lunch. The house smelled heavenly while it was heating up. It tasted marvelous, and I look forward to eating a pack each month. Thank you for making it completely easy to get my fix.

I walked up to the counter as I had visited before with a friend, this time I was alone and I ordered the seasoned cracklins, instead of the chicken cracklins. They were good though. I was trying to obtain assistance from the cashier about the boudin burger, she seemed very monotone and I felt like she did not want to assist, just hurry up and buy type of attitude. I think they assume that everyone knows what they want when they walk up to the counter, it's okay to be polite and knowledgeable about your products enough to want to explain them to the customer so we can make a better decision. I had two friends in line after me on this visit and they had the same horrible experience. These days no one acts like they want to go to work or be in the service industry.
