They always look a little scary to me with all of the Chamoy sauce they put in/on, like it might be too spicy, but it's always just right. First she dipped the rim of my cup in some salty, spicy chili powder, then lined the inside of my cup with the Chamoy sauce, which is sweet, salty, sour, spicy. Then she loaded my cup with three or four scoops of mango ice cream, which really is more like sorbet. It was topped it off with some fresh mango and the tamarind straw, which is just more salty sweet, sour, spiciness. All in all, it's a very lovely thing! The mango ice cream/sorbet tasted just like really sweet mangoes and was extremely smooth, with no icy bits at all, which was delightful and I thoroughly enjoyed my dessert. It is a bright yellow building at the edge of Sedalia's "historic downtown", so it's hard to miss. That is what intrigued me enough to look into the place, The bright yellow!
