One Barista in a loud voice told her fellow workers "I gotta pee I'll be back", (gross). One guy is on his phone constantly while his co workers are hustling about. It's not very clean, rarely do you see anyone wiping off tables, counters etc. To top it off I ask for a pup cup usually every time, once my husband was told, "you know you can order that online" (same girl who had to pee). I actually took my phone in and asked her where to find it, it said unavailable at this store. Another barista we asked for a pup cup she gave it to us and my husband said thank you and she said "yep". I'm not sure anymore why we thank them when we are paying money for the product. I still like Starbucks, but the level of customer service is going downhill.
