Once we decided it was time to move forward, he worked with us to build the boat we wanted. The team at SBC has made it an easy transaction. We just received our new R6 Surf. From Shane in Sales to Tony at SkyLaunch and Tommy the Delivery Captain it has been a great experience. Tommy sent me a library of videos to review prior to delivery and then did the on water boat orientation and walk through. He took me through all the systems and how they worked. In general, SBC sells and services high-end boats. They provide a concierge type experience. There are always staff around to answer questions and help you with any issues. They are definitely a higher-end dealer and it is not the low cost place. However, they provide the service and facilities that goes along with the price. Highly recommended.

When the boat for us showed up Darren answered any questions we had. He speaks with few words and doesn't embellish or pretend to know everything about everything. What I'm saying is that you can tell he's telling the truth. On our test drive we had a small problem that Darren quickly diagnosed with a ballast tank. When we arrived back at the shop he sent us out for lunch while he fixed the problem. With the problem fixed Darren sent us home saying, "You're going to love this boat. I am fine with this discount not applying to already discounted items and I understood that prior to attempting my purchase.
