I've been wanting to try Tiff's Treats for some time. Overall, the cookies were better than Crumbl, but I would rank them below Insomnia Cookies and Cookie Society in both taste and customer service. I used a promotional code for a half-dozen cookies. Ordering was only available through the app, and payment required a card. After applying the promo code, my total came to $0. It's great that Tiff's Treats gives customers the opportunity to try not just one, but six cookies. Having tried cookies from many bakeries and with prior experience working as a baker preparing cookies, I'll admit I wasn't impressed by most of the flavors. That said, I do recommend the Dubai chocolate filled cookie and the classic chocolate chip. These two cookies were easily my favorites. I'm giving Tiff's Treats 5 stars because the promotional code brought the total to $0. If I were rating as a paying customer, my score would be 3.5 stars. Was in the mood for some cookies and ordered Tiffs Treats right to my door on cold Saturday night. I called and made my order at 8pm with a very nice associate over the phone and got my warm cookies to my door within 90 minutes which isn't bad because they were fresh!!! Wanted to stop by and grab a little treat since I was around the area and was craving cookies. I ordered my cookies online and they had it ready when I arrived. I got a variety pack and everything tasted good but nothing really stood out too much for me. The cookies had a nice chew to them but I was missing that snap I usually expect from a cookie. Parking was fairly easy because there was a lot behind the store. It was just a little hard locating the store because it was such a small storefront but it's just around the corner. I placed a Valentine's day order, the order was never received even though the tracker stated it was delivered. Emailed customer service who stated that they attempted and could not get ahold of anyone. I find that hard to believe seeing it's a place of business and the receptionist is ALWAYS THERE. they do NOT close for lunch. Also, the delivery instructions stated to leave at doorstep in such an instance where it could not be dropped off. Heather, the customer service agent I was emailing with stated they tried and couldn't. I guess they don't read the delivery instructions, furthermore I received a text message saying it was out for delivery and delivered, which did not happen. No call, email or text was received saying they had problems delivering the order. When asked Heather for her supervisor since she could not help me resolve the issue. She did not give me information to her supervisor. I asked 3 times and got an automated response. Very disappointing, customer service is zero help. I will not be a customer here. I had a not-so-great experience at the southlake tiffs treats. It was really hard to find so I called the southlake store but someone from the customer service center answered and she couldn't even give me directions. I was doing curbside pickup but when I finally got there, they had no curbside pickup parking spots so they didn't even know I was there. I even told them my vehicle details and that I was almost there but they still didn't know I was there. I waited about 15 mins for my order. I had to call the customer service center again and they had to tell the people at the store that I was there. Bad customer service. read more

Well... I have one complaint. They need someone who is more cheerful and ready to serve TIFF's customers. I felt like I was rushing her and not one smile came from her face. There's something magical about warm, freshly baked cookies. Tiff's Treats cookies hit the sweet spot every time. I remember stress eating cookies late at night while an undergrad student at UT. Back then there was only one location. Today, there's a Tiff Treats all over Texas which makes my addiction to these cookies easier to maintain. My favorites are the classic chocolate chip and the chocolate chip pecan, but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. They rotate out a different monthly flavor which keeps a cookie addict like me always excited to come into the shop. I prefer calling ahead and getting them hot by the dozen, but it's also nice to walk in and pick out a few when the sweet craving hits. The shop itself is pretty small and parking is tricky, but it usually doesn't take more than a few minutes to run in and out of the store. read more

A serious brownie and cookie craving, which was what Jon G. and I experiencing, calls for a trip to Tiff's! This location is in between Chuy's and Max's Wine Dive. It's small and easy to miss, but just keep your eyes peeled, and you'll find it. The parking situation can also be a hassle at times, so be prepared to circle during peak hours. This place feels so big! At least compared to the location in Dallas. The ceiling are taller and there is a bit more space to move on the inside. I decided on a brownie and a few cookies, warmed up. The guy helping me was very polite and friendly. I informed him that I had a promotion code that should work in the store as a gift card. He told me that it shouldn't be a problem and continued to get my items warmed and packed up. During this time, a girl came from the back to ring me up. I mentioned the code and she looked kind of annoyed and said that codes like that are meant to only be used online, which is false since I had used this code at other Tiff's with absolutely no problem. She told me that she'll do it this time even though they aren't supposed to, but that I should use my code to order a delivery offline. Sadly, where we both live and work are all out of range of any Tiff's Treats. So there is no way for me to get delivery anywhere, which is the reason that I stop in at the locations as opposed to just ordering delivery. This isn't really anyone's fault, but it was just a little irritating to hear her insist on the code for delivery, when that isn't even an option for me. In the end, our cookies and brownie were delicious, gooey and quickly devoured. My experience won't necessarily stop me from going back to this location, but I was just a little confused by the interaction, since the other location never gave me any problems. read more

I popped in for a couple of celebratory cookies after taking care of some business in the neighborhood and I spent more time waiting on the cashier to figure out the register than I did ordering and parking. Oh boy... I have been to the Dallas location and for some reason, I feel jipped here. Came by for the cookie sandwich. Sadly still no Blue Bell, but I don't hold that against them. This location does not provide a lot of parking, and you are not allowed to park in the park across the street either. So I circled the place 2x and finally found parking. Good luck during dinner hours with 2-3 restaurants here. $1.25 per SMALL cookie. Is that normal? I can make a whole batch at home for that cost. It was seriously a small "missing some dough" cookie. What really ticked us was the ice cream. It was a thin sliver of ice cream that the guy pulled out of a pre-mold from the freezer. Like a pre-mold of hamburger patties, but a sliver in comparison. They have a variety of cookies, best ones in my opinion are the chocolate chip and sugar cookies which taste it even better when they warm it up for you upon request. They have seasonal cookies as well throughout the year, so make sure you check those out. They also sell brownies which taste great warmed up too. They do sale milk which is a great option for those warm cookies and brownies. I've passed by this place a few times, but never stopped in. I saw a billboard with their advertisement, and had a few minutes to spare--so I decided to drop in. Interior: It's a small, well-lit, clean and organized space. Not really much going on inside, which I'm ok with. There's no space for dining in--which I think would be a nice addition. Absolutely delicious! Took a stroll near West 7th to Chuys and happened upon Tiffs Treats on my way there. So, of course I had to walk in and get a cookie or two. Definitely been wanting to try this tasty bakery for the longest time and I was so happy I was able to on St. Pattys Day! I had a peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie and they both were delectable. My boyfriend had the chocolate brownie and it was pretty good. This won't be my last time at Tiffs Treats and I'll probably take advantage of the delivery service some time soon.
