The entire service--hairwash, haircut and a blow dry--was completed in exactly 20 minutes. It felt incredibly dismissive. A haircut should involve precision, checking for symmetry, and a bit of artistry. A blow dry should be about volume, hold, and attention to detail. Instead, I was rushed into the chair and rushed right back out with my hair still wet. It was a "blink and you'll miss it" service that left me with a result that looks haphazard and unfinished. There was zero effort put into the styling. I didn't feel like a valued client; I felt like a checkbox on a list that they wanted to clear as quickly as humanly possible. I was looking forward to establishing a relationship with the place. I left the salon feeling more stressed than when I walked in, and now I'm stuck trying to fix my hair myself.
