I cant even imagine comparing this local Credit Union with a bank like BOA which has been sued…read moremultiple times and fined multiple time for their deceptive practices. I have been a member of this CU for several years and have never found them to be anything but honest and straightforward. I live here in Warner Robins not in Florida. I do very few reviews probably less than 5. This is a fine CU that is growing because clients are sick and tired of the dishonesty and trickery of large corporate owned banks. RUSH to this Credit Union for all your banking needs.

The customer service is rude when they can't figure out how to solve a…read moreproblem and your balance is always going to be less than it should and I keep track of every penny that I spend but undoubtedly it won't reflect accurately in my statement. Still to a major bank like BOA that will not put you through hoops to reclaim unauthorized money spent or erroneous fees when it comes to them just doing there job. Please don't waste your time
