Beyond unprofessional - I contacted Loretta requesting an explanation - or refund our application fees for this beyond unprofessional situation - she said she would and she did not - I have given this several months - she has not accepted or returned my calls. If you want a positive experience - I would sadly look another direction. I tried for several months to have this resolved before I wrote a bad review.
