I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Gee. She's always helpful and listens. I like that.

Garbage service. Couldn't get past asking if they are accepting new patients. Receptionist answered…read morethe phone with a nasty attitude herself, partially because she was upset that I didn't have the info she wanted handy and had to place me on hold while I looked for the info. When she got back on the line she knew nothing about WC injuries as she couldn't understand what a "CT" injury is. I proceeded to inquire on their available providers. She placed me on hold and transferred me to their coordinator. Coordinator picked up the line, advised the reason for my call and she had the nerve to say they're not accepting injuries older than 6 months. Advised her mine is less than 6 months old and she said they're not accepting new patients at all. Asked her why I wasn't just told that from the beginning (because I knew they were trying to BS me at this point) and the coordinator said they're a small practice and won't accept my "horrible attitude". Crazy because for being a small practice you'd think they'd actually have customer service. Some food for thought for this white trash hole- maybe you should treat others the with the same attitude you want to be treated, and maybe try getting a receptionist who knows about what your office has to offer so that someone doesn't have to dumb it down for her??? Wished I read the previous reviews before I even wasted my time calling this stupidity of a clinic. Call literally only lasted 6 minutes LOL

Let's just say, Romeo Clinic is not that. As someone who works in a professional setting, I know how important it is for customer service to start with the person who picks up the phone. The receptionist and staff are not only uninformed. but have zero compassionate for potential patients. I wasn't even calling for myself and I couldn't imagine having my client call to ask for help. I would not want anyone to experience what I experienced on the other side of the phone. The people calling are patients with real medical needs that are already having a difficult time navigating the unfortunate hassle it takes to speak with Insurance companies and various doctors and all while dealing with painful injuries or conditions. I understand that sometimes it's easy to forget that we deal with people's real life situations but when you work in a professional setting you must always put your patients/customers/clients first. Romeo does not provide that type of care or support for existing or potential patients.

Dr. Schmidt came to Millsbridge Family Practice in Lodi in 2016, replacing my previous primary care…read moredoc at that clinic. His demeanor and courtesy are absolutely tops, and he does appear to have expert knowledge of his profession. But there are problems: 1. Expect him to arrive very late in the exam room for any appointment. That's not unusual for any doctor, but it's far too common in his case. I once waited 2 hours beyond my appointment time; all without anyone stopping in to advise me the reason for the delay nor how long it might continue. It would seem to be an element of basic courtesy that the patient won't be left in solitary confinement for hours at a time without at least being informed what to expect. 2. The clinic, part of the Adventist Health system, offers email contact with the doctor for non-emergency communication. But if you send a message to Dr Schmidt about a prescription or something, it won't go to him--it goes to a staffer who reviews it and passes it to him, perhaps days later. His reply, if he bothers to make one, goes back to the staffer who, after another delay, finally places it in the online inbox. Your reply, if you get one at all, may not arrive for as much as a week after you need the information. I eventually gave up on their email system; it was easier to just drive across town to the clinic and deliver a hand-written note. Forget 21st century advances in communication with this doctor. 3. Finally, after only a year at Millsbridge, Dr. Schmidt decided to move on, without arranging for a replacement. None of the other physicians at the clinic were accepting new patients, so we were all simply left on our own to figure out what to do. Based on that, I would have strong misgivings about making any future commitments with this doctor, in whatever specialty he has now taken on. He's a very nice guy, but that's not enough.

My insurance recently changed and after research and several existing patient recommendations I tried to schedule an appointment for my wife who has not seen a doctor for over a year. She is on medication and currently unable to obtain refills. Lisa continually told me I will call you back, I will have to find an appropriate time....blah blah blah. No return calls! This has been going on for three weeks now. I again have to go out of my way to follow-up on getting an appointment. Today, a new person (Monica) answered the phone and tells me that they are not accepting new patients! Why didn't Lisa tell me that in the first place? She then proceeds to tell me that it maybe 6 months to a years before she can see the Doctor, really? Maybe they should be a little proactive and contact all of the health grade sites and health insurance provider (Health Net) to inform them of their decision not to accept new patients. The Doctor maybe good (not sure) but his office is definitely a reflection of the entire practice. Hopefully some changes will occur, but it doesn't sound like it will. Now I have to search again for another Doctor.
